Project Vision
Nestled in a secluded, tree-lined setting, Butler + Duke's two Cotswold stone properties required visuals that would overcome the site's hidden location while showcasing their premium quality. Our brief encompassed complete architectural visualisation, interior design, and landscape design - all working in harmony to present a compelling vision to potential buyers.
Creative Execution
Our team approached this as an exercise in authentic storytelling through visuals:
Architectural Visualisation, we began by meticulously recreating every architectural detail:
- Scaled local stone slates were modelled to precise specifications, with custom shaders capturing the limestone's natural variations
- Strategic view compositions framed the homes within their mature tree setting
- An aerial CGI was carefully montaged into drone photography to establish context
Landscape Design with gardens were designed to complement the architecture:
- Planting schemes combined silvery foliage with seasonal flowers to contrast the warm stone
- Structured evergreen screening provided privacy while maintaining openness
- Natural stone pathways and Corten steel features added textural interest
Interior Design - Working from the architectural plans, we developed complete room schemes:
- Created tailored mood boards reflecting Cotswold vernacular
- Selected furniture and finishes to convey premium quality
- Designed lighting scenarios to showcase spaces at their best
